Bondage
This refers to bondage with the aim of restricting freedom of movement. Various aids such as ropes, chains or handcuffs are used. Straps, ropes, leather straps, scarves, handcuffs ... anything that binds is allowed in bondage. Bondage is the art of rendering someone defenceless during sex and thus increasing the pleasure of both partners. Bondage means bondage or servitude; restraint to restrict freedom of movement and/or for aesthetic reasons.
Bondage includes all games with restraints. Bondage tools in BDSM can be: chains, ropes, straps, handcuffs, wrist and ankle cuffs, etc.
There are two main types of bondage in BDSM:
- as a punishment: the sub is punished or made submissive for a punishment by being tied up
- as an art form: an artistic form of bondage originating from Japan, in which the sub is often tied up and bound until he/she is completely motionless.
Expression and aesthetics play a major role here. Here too, a high degree of technique and knowledge of the body is required to avoid causing unintentional damage (nerve bruising).
