Y-position

In the Y-position, the bottom is suspended above the head with arms tied together and legs spread so that a Y-shape is created and the genitals, for example, are easily accessible. The Y-position is a bondage practice. The top ties the bottom's hands together above their head and spreads their legs. You can tie each leg individually or use a spreader bar to fix the bottom in the Y position. Fixed in this way, the whole thing looks like an inverted Y, hence the name Y position. The St Andrew's cross is also a popular method for fixing the bottom in the corresponding position. In this case, however, the bottom ends up in an X position.
