Toilet slaves
In the BDSM scene, a toilet slave is a submissive person who agrees to orally absorb the faeces of another (dominant) person.
There are also toilet slaves who perform their so-called service completely, i.e. they not only ingest the faeces but also swallow them. There are also said to be toilet slaves who feed almost exclusively on the faeces of their tops or at least are available as toilet slaves every time they go to the toilet, without exception. However, it is not entirely clear whether the self-disclosures of these contemporaries - who are also considered extreme within the toilet slave scene - can be believed.
In any case, the physical strain of such a "diet" would be quite enormous for the organism of the toilet slave in question. After all, not only does urine contain a large number of germs and excretory substances, but faeces also contain many more bacteria, viruses and fungal spores, which could cause enormous damage even to the immune system of a healthy toilet slave or transmit serious diseases such as HIV or hepatitis C to the toilet slave.
