O ring

Symbol from the history of the O; an iron ring into which another small ring is embedded by means of an attached ball; recognisable symbol in the BDSM scene.
Has become established in Germany:
- dominant / active persons wear the ring on the left hand
- submissive / passive people wear the ring on their right hand
But be careful: in other European countries it can be the other way round; in Germany, a middle way is taken.
On the other hand, it is easier for those who change. They can wear the ring on their right or left hand - or on a chain around their neck.
The small eyelet can be attached in two ways. As shown in the picture on this page, it can be firmly attached or alternatively threaded through the small ball. We recommend the threaded version here, as the eyelet then holds better.
Rings are available in almost all price ranges, from around 20 euros to over 1000 euros and more. The material, the craftsmanship, any engravings or additional diamonds play a role here.
