LGBT Health Awareness Week
LGBT Health Awareness Week - the week for the visibility of queer health - takes place every year in the last week of March. The aim of the week is to draw attention to the fact that queer people are at a much higher risk of poor physical and mental health than heterosexual and cisgender people and that they face greater discrimination in the medical and psychological fields.
